Sculptural and soulful, this handcrafted necklace blends heritage craftsmanship with modern elegance. At its heart are 13–15mm slate grey recycled glass beads, handmade in Ghana using centuries-old techniques. Each matte bead reveals a soft translucence—a blend of smoky slate and clear crystal tones that shift subtly in the light.
 
The beads are individually wired on gold pins, framed by 3.5mm 14k gold-filled rounds, and interlinked to form a luminous beaded chain—a piece of art in itself. This handcrafted segment transitions into a bold 24k gold-filled cable chain with 7mm boxy links, offering a striking contrast of texture and form.
 
At the center, a 39mm reproduction French horticultural coin pendant (19th century Union Horticole de Dison) dangles from a 14k gold-filled openable bail and rests in a gold bezel. The pendant is removable, allowing you to swap it out for another charm—making this piece beautifully personal and endlessly versatile.
 
Finished with an 18k gold-filled magnetic clasp for effortless wear.
