Return Eligibility We gladly accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are: Unworn and unused In their original condition Returned in their original packaging, including any tags, jewelry pouch, polishing cloth, and gift box Free from fragrance, cosmetic residue, alterations, or damage Once your return is received, it will be carefully inspected. Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund. If a returned item shows signs of wear or damage beyond normal inspection, The Quarry Shop reserves the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund based on the item's condition. Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges Because many of our designs are handcrafted, limited-edition, or one-of-a-kind, exchanges are subject to availability. To ensure you receive your preferred piece as quickly as possible, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund, provided it meets our return requirements. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, we strongly recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service and retaining your tracking information until your refund has been completed. The Quarry Shop is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return. Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographs of the item, its packaging, and any shipping damage so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
