Bali Blue Med-Dark Roast
Rich. Bold. Full of Flavor.
Our Bali Blue Med-Dark Roast comes from the picturesque region of Kintamani in Bali, Indonesia, where smallholder farmers carefully cultivate their coffee at altitudes between 1200 and 1600 meters. The volcanic loam in this area contributes to a bold, rich flavor profile, making this coffee a favorite for those who enjoy a full-bodied, flavorful brew.
This coffee, made from Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varietals, is handpicked and undergoes a unique wet-hulling process, followed by drying on raised beds. The result is a rich cup with deep flavors of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar, complemented by a smooth, satisfying finish.
