We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.

 

Time Frame
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

 

How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at customercare@thequarryshop.com

Our team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

• Refunds to the original payment method are available within 30 days of delivery.
• After 30 days, refunds will be issued as a digital gift card.
• Most refunds appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your financial institution.

 

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges, we recommend placing a new order to secure the item and returning the original piece for a refund.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item).

 

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

Important Note

We reserve the right to decline returns that appear worn, damaged, altered, or excessive in frequency.
