Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates & Methods

Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $10
Free Shipping: On orders over $100
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee

All available shipping options and rates will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the continental United States (48 states).
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days, depending on the destination.

 

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress until delivery.

 

Shipping Delays

While we work diligently to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, The Quarry Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

• Checking with household members or neighbors
• Looking around entryways, porches, or secure areas
• Contacting the shipping carrier directly

 

If you believe your package has been lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us at customercare@thequarryshop.com, and we will gladly assist in filing a carrier claim.

For high-value orders, we recommend selecting expedited shipping or contacting us prior to purchase if signature confirmation is desired.
