Brazil Santos Medium Roast
Smooth. Elegant. Subtly Rich.
Our Brazil Santos Medium Roast comes from the renowned Fazenda Santa Barbara in the Sao Francisco and Santo Antonio regions of Parana and Sao Paulo in Brazil. Grown at altitudes between 750 and 1050 meters, this coffee is cultivated in the rich volcanic loam that gives it a smooth, elegant character with subtle complexity.
Made from Catuai and Mundo Novo varietals, this medium roast offers a clean, balanced cup with delicious cocoa notes and a smooth mouthfeel. The pulped natural process, combined with sun drying, results in a coffee that’s rich in flavor yet gentle in acidity, perfect for those who appreciate a more subdued, refined taste.
