Our Colombia Medium Roast hails from the highlands of Medellín, in the Antioquia region, where smallholder farmers cultivate coffee in rich volcanic loam at altitudes between 1300 and 1500 meters. This coffee is a perfect balance of rich, chocolatey sweetness, vibrant fruitiness, and a touch of citrus brightness.

 

Blended from CastilloCaturraColombia, and Typica varietals, this medium roast showcases the signature flavors of Colombian coffee, with a profile of dried orangeberry, and chocolate notes. The beans are fully washed and dried in solar dryers to maintain their clarity and preserve the clean, vibrant flavors.
