Our Costa Rica Medium Roast comes from the fertile region of Alajuela, where small micro farms cultivate coffee at altitudes between 1300 and 1445 meters. The rich volcanic loam in this area gives the coffee a smooth, balanced body with a unique sweetness.
Made from Caturra and Catuai varietals, this coffee offers a delightful tasting profile with sweet apple, raisin, and honey notes, creating a fruity yet smooth cup. The eco-pulped process, combined with sun drying, enhances the natural sweetness and clarity of the coffee, resulting in a refreshing, clean brew.
