Equestrian Coin Statement Necklace 
 
Bold and distinctive, this Quarry Atelier necklace features a chunky antiqued pewter-plated link-and-connector chain designed to create a striking statement silhouette. The chain is crafted from durable steel and finished in a rich antique silver tone, giving it the appearance of aged sterling while offering excellent durability.
 
Each oval link measures 13mm x 22mm and is fully soldered, creating a chain that feels both substantial and refined.
 
At the center of the necklace hangs a beautifully detailed burnished silver equestrian horse coin pendant, set within a 40mm antiqued pewter bezel. The coin itself measures 28mm and is suspended from an 8mm antiqued pewter jump ring that complements the tone of the chain and clasp.
 
The design is completed with a large hammered antiqued pewter toggle clasp, featuring a ring measuring 25.5mm x 18.8mm and a bar measuring 33.7mm. The toggle clasp was hand-shaped using the traditional lost wax carving method, giving it an organic texture that adds depth and authenticity to the piece.
 
Each component undergoes a careful multi-step finishing process to achieve a rich, even pewter tone with subtle contrast. The matte antiqued pewter finish offers the same soft, oxidized appearance as aged sterling silver—but without the maintenance.
 
Unlike sterling silver, antiqued pewter plating does not tarnish or oxidize, allowing the necklace to retain its beautiful patina without polishing.
 
The necklace measures 19 inches, creating a bold yet wearable statement piece.
