Our Ethiopia Natural Med-Light Roast comes from the Sidama Zone in Ethiopia, a region renowned for its coffee-growing heritage and unique, vibrant flavors. Grown at altitudes between 1700 and 1900 meters, this coffee is nurtured by smallholder farmers who rely on traditional, sustainable practices to produce exceptional beans.
This coffee features indigenous heirloom cultivars, offering a complex profile of milk chocolate, fruity notes, and caramel sweetness. The full natural processing, where the beans are sorted by hand and dried on raised beds, enhances the fruity flavors and creates a clean, bright cup with natural sweetness.
