Honduras Medium-Dark Roast
Rich. Smooth. Spiced Sweetness.
Our Honduras Medium-Dark Roast comes from the renowned Marcala region in La Paz, where over 1,500 dedicated growers from Cafe Organics Marcala work to produce some of the finest organic coffees in the world. Grown at altitudes between 1300 and 1700 meters, the coffee benefits from cool mountain climates and the fertile clay-rich soils of the region.
This coffee is a blend of Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varietals, roasted to a medium-dark profile to highlight its rich, caramel sweetness, warm spice, and brown sugar undertones. The fully washed process followed by sun drying results in a smooth, balanced cup with an enticing sweetness and depth.
