Nicaragua Medium Roast
Balanced. Bright. Full of Flavor.
This Medium Roast coffee from the Molino Norte region of Matagalpa, Nicaragua offers a beautifully balanced cup with vibrant floral and citrus tones, complemented by rich cocoa undertones. Sourced from smallholder farmers, this coffee is crafted with care from a mix of Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema varietals.
Grown at altitudes ranging from 900 to 1590 meters above sea level, the beans benefit from the high mountain climates and nutrient-rich clay soils, contributing to their bright acidity and nuanced flavors.
