Let the flavors shine through with this simple, elegant method.
You’ll Need:
3 tablespoons ground coffee (medium grind)
1¼ cups hot water (~200°F)
Pour-over dripper + paper filter
Your favorite mug or carafe
How to Brew:
Rinse your filter with hot water and discard the rinse water.
Add ground coffee to the filter.
Start with about 3 tablespoons of water to bloom the grounds. Let sit for 30 seconds.
Slowly pour in the remaining hot water in small circles over 2–3 minutes.
Enjoy immediately—you’ll taste berry brightness with a gentle cocoa finish.
🍓 Recipe 2: Berry Cacao Cold Brew
A dessert-like twist with real personality.
You’ll Need:
½ cup cold brew concentrate (made with Ethiopia Natural)
1 teaspoon raspberry or blueberry jam
