Héritage de la Mer
"Heritage of the Sea"
Where history, craftsmanship, and the beauty of the ocean come together.
The Héritage de la Mer Necklace is a celebration of rare vintage treasures thoughtfully transformed into timeless jewelry. At its heart is a remarkable collection of 5.5mm vintage Miriam Haskell "Cherry Brand" white milk glass beads, handcrafted in Japan during the late 1940s and early 1950s. Preserved in unused vintage stock for decades, these extraordinary beads are becoming increasingly difficult to find, making each necklace a truly special piece of wearable history.
Every bead is individually hand-linked on sterling silver pins, creating graceful movement while honoring the meticulous craftsmanship of traditional jewelry-making. At the center, an elegant sterling silver oval connector suspends a beautifully detailed .925 sterling silver Larimar pendant, showcasing two natural Larimar gemstones nestled within intricate handcrafted silverwork.
Known for its tranquil shades of ocean blue, Larimar is found only in the Dominican Republic and is admired for its calming beauty and rarity. Paired with the luminous vintage milk glass, the pendant creates a harmonious balance between history, artistry, and nature.
Finished with a polished sterling silver magnetic clasp, Héritage de la Mer is designed for both effortless wear and lasting elegance.

Symbolism
Héritage de la Mer, meaning "Heritage of the Sea," honors both history and nature. The rare vintage milk glass beads carry the legacy of mid-century craftsmanship, while Larimar—often called the Stone of the Sea—symbolizes serenity, clarity, and a deep connection to the ocean. Together, they create a timeless design where history and natural beauty become one.
