🍯 The Quarry Shop Recipe 1: Honey Cinnamon Kahawa Latte
Comforting and spiced—hot or iced.
Ingredients:
1 cup African Kahawa (freshly brewed)
½ tsp cinnamon
1–2 tsp raw honey
½ cup oat milk (or milk of choice)
Optional: cinnamon stick for garnish
Instructions:
Brew your coffee using a pour-over or French press.
Warm the milk with cinnamon and stir in honey until dissolved.
Combine with coffee and stir gently.
For iced: Cool the coffee, pour over ice, and add cold cinnamon milk.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick or dust of cinnamon.
🍫 The Quarry Shop Recipe 2: Savanna Mocha Chill
An iced mocha with bold flavor and a hint of spice.
Ingredients:
¾ cup strong brewed African Kahawa
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1–2 tsp maple syrup or brown sugar
¼ tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp cayenne (optional)
½ cup milk or milk alternative
Ice
Instructions:
Mix cocoa, cinnamon, and sweetener with a splash of hot coffee to form a paste.
Stir in the rest of the coffee.
Pour over ice and top with milk.
Optional: Garnish with chocolate shavings or a cinnamon sprinkle.
