Where Will You Escape Next? Inside The Quarry Shop's Creative Escape Collection
Sometimes, we all need somewhere to go—even if we never leave home.
That idea is at the heart of The Quarry Creative Escape, a growing collection created to give adults a reason to slow down, pick up their colored pencils, pour something they enjoy, and spend a little time simply creating.
Each volume takes you somewhere different. A vineyard tucked into wine country. A quiet stretch of coast. A garden filled with flowers and winding paths. A Parisian café where you can almost imagine the sound of conversation drifting onto the sidewalk.
These books aren't about coloring inside the lines perfectly. They're about taking a break from everything demanding your attention and giving yourself a little room to wander.
Volume 1: Wine Country
The collection began with Wine Country, inspired by vineyards, winery landscapes, barrel cellars, charcuterie, lavender, and the relaxed beauty of an afternoon spent among the vines.
It's an escape for anyone who loves the warmth and romance of wine country—or simply wishes they were there.
Along with illustrations to color, the Creative Escape experience invites you to linger a little longer with thoughtful prompts, destination-inspired details, and ideas that help turn coloring into an experience rather than another item on your to-do list.
Volume 2: Coastal Escapes
Then we headed for the shore.
Coastal Escapes captures the feeling of slowing down beside the water, where breezy landscapes, seaside details, and quiet coastal moments create a different kind of retreat.
As we like to say:
Where the waves slow your thoughts, creativity finds the shore.
This volume was created for those moments when you wish you could hear the ocean, feel the breeze, and let the rest of the world become a little quieter.
Volume 3: Garden Gatherings
Next came Garden Gatherings, where the escape moves into the garden.
Inspired by beautiful outdoor spaces, flowers, gatherings, and the simple charm of time spent surrounded by nature, this volume celebrates the places that make us want to sit down, stay awhile, and notice the details.
It is part garden stroll, part creative retreat, and entirely your own once you begin adding color.
Coming September 12: Parisian Café

Our fourth Creative Escape is taking us somewhere I've been especially excited to visit:
Paris.
Parisian Café, arriving September 12, was inspired by the unmistakable charm of café tables, French treats, quiet corners, beautiful streets, and the everyday rituals that make Paris feel so wonderfully Parisian.
Imagine an espresso or café au lait beside you, perhaps a little French music playing in the background, colored pencils spread across the table, and nowhere you need to be for the next little while.
Parisian Café is meant to feel like exactly that.
A small escape.
No plane ticket required.
And Next… Blooms & Botanicals
The journey won't end in Paris.
Blooms & Botanicals is coming next, continuing the collection with another creative world to step into.
Flowers and botanical beauty have a way of asking us to notice things—the shape of a leaf, the movement of a petal, the tiny details we so often hurry past.
That makes them perfect for a Creative Escape.
More Than a Coloring Book
The Quarry Creative Escape books were created for adults who may have forgotten how good it feels to make something simply because they enjoy it.
You don't need to be an artist.
You don't need the perfect supplies.
And you certainly don't need to finish a page in one sitting.
Put on music. Pour a glass of wine, make some tea or coffee, sharpen your favorite pencils, and give yourself permission to disappear into the page for a while.
Ten minutes counts.
An entire evening counts.
There are no rules here.
Build Your Own Creative Escape
One of my favorite things about this series is that every volume can become its own little ritual.
Wine Country might call for a glass of wine and a charcuterie board.
Coastal Escapes might pair perfectly with sparkling water, something light to snack on, and your favorite beach playlist.
Garden Gatherings could become a quiet Sunday afternoon with tea and fresh flowers nearby.
And Parisian Café? I think that one practically begs for a café drink, a French playlist, and perhaps a macaron or two.
The point isn't to recreate the destination perfectly.
It's simply to make ordinary time feel a little less ordinary.
Where Will You Escape Next?
Whether your perfect escape leads to the vineyards, the coast, the garden, a sidewalk café in Paris, or somewhere still waiting to be imagined, I hope The Quarry Creative Escape gives you a reason to slow down and create.
Because sometimes the best escape isn't about going very far.
Sometimes it's simply about making a little space for yourself.
The Quarry Creative Escape
Pour. Pause. Create. Escape.
